Shipping
All orders will be shipped via US Parcel Post. If your shipment is overdue,
you should contact us for tracing information. There is a 30 day waiting
period before a trace can be placed on US Parcel Post shipments.
NO COD ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED
Delivery
Most candle orders, other than custom candle orders will be shipped out
within 2 weeks from the time the order is received.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the US Parcel Post or
your nearest Post Office. All packages leave us in good condition, you
must get a claim number from USPS.
Product Safety is your sole responsibility. Please burn candles safely and responsibly!
