Minimum Orders
No minimum order is required, other than for custom wedding or business candles.
Ordering
Orders must be placed on-line through PayPal. Orders are processed as received.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed. Any additions will be shipped
as a separate order.
Availability – if an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail.
We cannot backorder the item. Customers must re-order the item at a later
date or we can hold the order for you until it is complete.
Returns
Candle returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase, with the exception
of custom candles, which are non-returnable. Include a letter with the PayPal
invoice number and the reason for the return. In-store credit will be given
for returned items received in proper packaging and in satisfactory condition.
If items are not received in satisfactory condition, no in-store credit will
be given.
The Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and re-shipping
costs on exchanges.
A 15% re-stocking fee may apply to returned items to cover packaging costs,
fees and labor involved.
