Soy wax candles are made from wax that is derived from soybeans - a 100% vegetable product - not a petroleum product. Soy candle wax is a renewable resource. Soy is grown on American soil and supports our nation's economy and farmers!

Soy wax is non-toxic and non-carcinogenic. It is clean burning and soot free. It burns cooler than traditional candle waxes. It burns up to 50% longer than traditional candles, and is environmentally friendly. It also cleans up easily and has more natural fragrances.

Margo’s Jewels is a home-based business started about 10 years ago in Milford, Connecticut, and since 2006, in the beautiful lakes region of Naples, Maine.

Our goal is to provide environmentally safe and pleasing products that add to the warmth and ambience of your home and that also make wonderful gifts for friends and family. The natural scents in our soy candles can be enjoyed with just the cap off (“cold throw”) or while being burned. Scented soy warmer snaps can also be enjoyed without being burned, and can be used in electric (or tea-light) tart/snap melters, or combination plug-in tart burner/nightlight units.
